Deputy Minister of Defense Addresses Rumors of Transferring Kapan Base

The Deputy Minister of Defense of Armenia, Arman Sargsyan, has denied the circulating information on the internet that the N base located in Kapan will be handed over to Azerbaijan.

According to Armenpress, Sargsyan addressed this issue during a conversation with journalists in the National Assembly. He stated, "There has been no talk of handing over any position, nor will there be."

A video circulating online features individuals claiming that there has been an order for the N base in Kapan to be transferred to Azerbaijan.
