A former translator for the Department of Migration and Emigration, Hasmik Harutyunyan, has published a video on her Facebook page in which individuals in military uniforms identify themselves as soldiers of the 126th outpost in Kapan. The person filming introduces himself as the commander of the outpost, mentioning that they are located near the last bridge in Zangelan. He proceeds to show the positions of the enemy.

“Four sides are Turks, each with 60-70 people, and we are all just 9; we have no connection, no radio. No structure is operational; the ears of the donkey are asleep,” says one of the soldiers.
