MP Hrachya Hakobyan Hides Behind Russian License Plates
MP Hrachya Hakobyan, the brother-in-law of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, has changed his vehicle's license plates to Russian ones, seemingly attempting to hide behind them to avoid being recognized while driving in public. This information is reported by Hraparak.am.
His blue Honda CR-V previously displayed the parliamentary license plate 055 HH 11, but following the controversial capitulation statement signed by their leader during the war, as public sentiment turned against the members of his team, some My Step representatives began changing their vehicle license plates in an effort to escape public scrutiny.
Among those were two deputy speakers from the National Assembly, Alen Simonian and Lena Nazaryan, who removed the parliamentary plates from their official Toyota Camrys and replaced them with Russian plates. However, the media quickly uncovered their deception, leading some MPs to revert to their original license plates. Nevertheless, Pashinyan's brother-in-law continues to travel with Russian plates, with his vehicle recently spotted parked near the economic entrance of the National Assembly.
