Major Traffic Accident in Yerevan: 37-Year-Old Driver Crashes Opel into Concrete Divider, 6 Injured

Today, on March 14, a major traffic accident occurred in Yerevan. Around 02:30, 37-year-old Hrachya Mkrtchyan, a resident of Ashtarak, lost control of his Opel vehicle in the Hrazdan gorge and crashed into a concrete divider located in front of the entrance of the 'Veolia Water' company.

According to Shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, the driver and passengers, including 23-year-old Sargis Petrosyan and 30-year-old Narek Hakobyan, sustained injuries and were transported to the Number 1 University Hospital. Other passengers, 26-year-old Artavazd Faradyan, 27-year-old Taron Muradyan, and 27-year-old Karlen Khachatryan, were taken to the Armenia Medical Center, from where A. Faradyan was later transferred to the Number 1 University Hospital.
