Car Crashes into Barrier Near Children's Railway, Leaving 6 Injured
On March 14, at 02:36 AM, the National Crisis Management Center received a report that an accident occurred in the Hrazdan Gorge of Yerevan, near the Children's Railway. A vehicle had crashed into a barrier, resulting in injuries.
This information was provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia. A firefighting unit from the Yerevan rescue department was dispatched to the scene.
It was determined that an Opel Zafira had veered off the roadway and collided with the barrier. Rescuers extricated the injured individuals from the wreckage, brought them to an ambulance, disabled the vehicle, and closed the gas cylinder valve.
The injured included H.M. (born in 1984), S.P. (born in 1998), N.H. (born in 1991), and A.S. (born in 1994), who were hospitalized at the Heratsi Medical Center, where H.M.'s condition was assessed as serious, while the others were deemed to have satisfactory conditions. Additionally, T.M. (born in 1995) and K.H. (born in 1994) were admitted to Armenia Medical Center, where K.H.'s condition was assessed as moderate severity, and T.M. refused medical assistance.
