A Vehicle Has Fallen into a Canal: Two Victims

On March 13, at 22:56, the Ararat regional crisis management center received a report that a vehicle had fallen into the canal in Noramarg village, and rescue services were required.

A team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' regional rescue department and a rescue group from the specialized rescue operations center were dispatched to the scene. It was discovered that a "VAZ-2107" vehicle had overturned in the canal at the beginning of the village.

Before the rescuers arrived at the site, one of the individuals in the vehicle managed to escape. Rescuers subsequently extracted the bodies of two citizens from the vehicle and then used special equipment to retrieve the vehicle from the canal.
