This is How Randomness Leads to Power: Former Spokesperson of Artsakh Defense Army

There is a type of Armenian for whom living by the law is unacceptable. This was stated by Senor Hasratyan, the former spokesperson of the Artsakh Defense Army, on his Facebook page.

He specifically noted, "When the 'dictatorship of the law' is in effect, this type of Armenian sees the authorities as 'tyranny' and their leader as a 'tyrant,' regardless of what achievements the country has during that time. Conversely, this type of Armenian seems to welcome a 'country of law' where citizens and the authorities operate on opposite planes and each does what they want, which means chaos. In this case, it is also not important for him what the country ends up with... For this type of Armenian, what matters is himself and his limited environment, and not the country of LAW, where rights and duties exist side by side and apply to everyone equally...

According to his understanding, democracy is not living by the law, but doing as dictated by one's own interests... As a result, this is how randomness comes to power, and the country ends up with what we have today."
