Azerbaijan Accuses Armenia of Illegal Movement of Troops in Artsakh

Azerbaijan has leveled another accusation against Armenia. According to TASS, Azerbaijan has accused Armenia of the "illegal movement of troops into Nagorno-Karabakh." Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov stated that "Armenia is transporting military personnel through the Lachin corridor in civilian clothes and civilian vehicles." The aim, according to Bayramov, is to "avoid the monitoring processes conducted by Russian peacekeepers."
