The Justice Guy Raises Thoughts on the Chief of the General Staff: A Few Observations and Advice by Arpine Hovhannisyan

The former Minister of Justice and former Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Arpine Hovhannisyan, wrote on her Facebook page:

“The justice guy has raised thoughts on the Chief of the General Staff. A few observations and advice:

1. Do not try to manipulate: First, there are still no concluded legal relationships regarding this issue, as several steps must be taken to implement the administrative act. Read the Law of the Republic of Armenia on 'The Status of Military Service and Military Personnel'. It may be an inconvenient and irrelevant law for you and your boss, but it directly pertains to the Chief of the General Staff. Furthermore, even if there was another case and a different official, the appeal to the administrative court and the initiation of proceedings is intended precisely for the suspension of the completion of the legal relationship. It is for the suspension of termination.
2. Once in a while, remind yourself of your time as a lawyer, when your mind was not polluted by the treasonous propaganda theses, and read what an unlawful administrative act is and what could happen with an originally unlawful administrative act.
3. Fulfill your debt to your homeland before opening your mouth against those who have dedicated their lives to the army.
4. Did you read? Now forget that you had a few random successes as a lawyer. You have laid the cornerstone for being taken seriously as a legal professional when you declared the blockade actions against the traitor’s courts as constitutional, while even your masters were looking at each other in disbelief from different countries.”
