As I mentioned, we are starting the process of revealing President Armen Sarkissian's fears from today. So, today an inquiry was made to a British company, and a background report on Armen Sarkissian's citizenship has been received, of which we are currently publishing only 2 pages (partially).

The information regarding Armen Sarkissian's role as the director of Eurasia House International from May 30, 2002, to June 9, 2015, is published through the link below, while he was serving in diplomatic missions from 2013 to 2018.

According to the second part of Article 124 of the Constitution, a person over the age of forty can be elected President of the Republic if they have only been a citizen of the Republic of Armenia in the last six years, reside permanently in the Republic in the last six years, have electoral rights and command the Armenian language: https://www.president.am/hy/armen-sarkissian/

According to the biography published on the site, you have been the founder, council member, and supervisor of several organizations from 2000 to 2013, including Eurasia House International. It is also noted that you were the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the United Kingdom from 2013 to 2018.

Your biography does not indicate that you were the director of Eurasia House International from May 30, 2002, until June 9, 2015 (https://www.cbetta.com/director/armen-sarkissian-2), while the law outlines restrictions related to diplomatic missions.

We have received information from the British company regarding public records in the United Kingdom, according to which you (Armen Sakissian) held British citizenship for 10 years, from 2003 to 2012 (See excerpts from the report's pages).

Based on the above, and according to Article 42 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, Article 18 of the Law on Advocacy, and Article 9 of the Law on Freedom of Information, keeping in mind that the President of the Republic is a public figure and that the above information has significant public importance, we request:

1. To provide a copy of the document confirming the fact of renouncing citizenship of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland by President Armen Sarkissian.
2. To write in response:
   1. From which month and date in 2012 your citizenship of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland ceased.
   2. Have you performed any transaction using a passport of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in 2012 and thereafter, including having you traveled by airplane, reported, or not.
   3. Why did you not mention in your biography the fact of being the director of Eurasia House International from May 30, 2002, to June 9, 2015.
   4. How did you work at Eurasia House International during the period of your diplomatic service.
   5. From 2013 to 2018, in which organizations were you a shareholder (stakeholder, participant), in which organizations were you a director, or what other positions did you hold?
