I was provoked by his aggressive behavior: Hvokik Aghazaryan on the altercation with a citizen
Today, an incident occurred near the National Assembly involving Hvokik Aghazaryan, a member of the National Assembly's "My Step" faction, and a citizen, leading to a heated exchange of insults.
While the citizen was asking a question, another participant in the protest approached and addressed Aghazaryan saying, “You are a traitor.” The response was swift; the deputy retorted, “You are the traitor, with your worthless existence, you scoundrel.”
In response, the citizen stated, “You are the scoundrel along with your son. Don't speak to me with insults. You and your party leader have sold my homeland; you are siphoning off bonuses, and you are leading this country to destruction.”
In an interview with ArmDaily.am regarding the incident, Hvokik Aghazaryan remarked, “He was young and a bit hot-headed; we’ll manage, it’s nothing. I don’t know him; this is the first time I’m seeing him. I called him a ‘scoundrel’ first because he provoked me with his aggressive behavior; I got a little rude, but it passed.”
