MPs Appeal to Pashinyan: What Issue Has Arisen

According to information from the «Žhoghovurd» daily, a group of MPs from the «My Step» faction have complained to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan that their safety is at risk. Sources indicate that members of the My Step faction have recently faced aggressive behavior from the public in the streets, with a recent incident occurring near the Demirchyan entrance of the National Assembly.

Reliable sources informed us that MPs Sona Ghazaryan, Kristine Poghosyan, Nazeni Baghdasaryan, and several others who have encountered public anger at different times have asked the Prime Minister for guarantees regarding their safety. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has suggested that they approach law enforcement agencies and file reports with the police to address these issues.

The «Žhoghovurd» daily also learned that some MPs have already contacted the police to seek protection from attackers. It is worth noting that there have been «attacks» against Hovik Aghazaryan and Hakob Aslanyan, as well as an attempt to physically assault the son of My Step MP Kristine Poghosyan.
