The behind-the-scenes agreement between the Prime Minister and the President has renewed the activity of the political forces involved in this struggle, while the armed forces have entered a phase of recovery, healing, and consolidation following the severe post-war trauma. These ongoing processes within the armed forces will provide fertile ground for effective reform processes and successful advancement after a political resolution."
