Snowfall in All Regions of Artsakh

The State Emergency Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh reports that it is currently snowing in all regions of the republic. In some areas, particularly in the mountainous zone, low horizontal visibility is observed.

On the night and morning of March 9, due to the clearing of the weather and a sharp drop in temperature, black ice is expected in the high-altitude areas of the republic. Drivers are urged to exercise caution.

The section of the interstate highway connecting Artsakh to Armenia, specifically Sisian-Zanger, is reported to have black ice in certain places, according to the Artsakh State Emergency Service.
