If You Are Going to Arrest Me, It Would Be Preferable to Do So Right Now - Ahead of March 8. Ruben Melikyan

A Telegram channel has reported that I am supposedly included in the NSS list of citizens who used VPNs. In this regard, I have a few things to say:

1. Yes, I downloaded the ProtonVPN app in October or November - the free version. I didn't particularly understand the program, but I logged in a few times to read materials that were restricted for Armenian addresses.
2. I do not know which country's IP addresses the program has been using.
3. The ProtonVPN program is still downloaded on my phone.
4. I am not aware of whether I am indeed included in the NSS "Gagik Soghomonyan's list" or not.
5. I am not "Gagik Soghomonyan" and I have no connection with that fake account or any other fake accounts at all. This is not my method.
6. If you are going to arrest me, it would be preferable to do so right now - ahead of March 8.
