Former Advisors to the President of the Constitutional Court Sue Arman Dilanian
Former advisors to the President of the Constitutional Court Hrayr Ghukasyan, Grigor Muradyan, and Vardan Poghosyan have filed a lawsuit against the President of the Constitutional Court, Arman Dilanian, in the Administrative Court. The former advisors are demanding to be reinstated to their positions as advisors to the Court President and to receive their average salary for the entire period of forced inactivity.
The examination of Hrayr Ghukasyan's lawsuit has been assigned to Judge Ani Harutyunyan. The first hearing for this case is scheduled for April 8. The examination of Grigor Muradyan's lawsuit has been assigned to Judge Mher Petrosyan, with the first hearing also set for April 8. The examination of Vardan Poghosyan's lawsuit has been assigned to Judge Rouzanna Azroyan, with the first hearing scheduled for April 16.
