While Waiting for the Decision on Ara Saghatelyan’s Bail Conditions, a Policeman Recorded Those Gathered: Vartanessyan

Karen Vartanessyan wrote on his Facebook page: “The court changed Ara Saghatelyan’s bail conditions; it’s good that there are adequate judges in the system. While we were waiting for the announcement of the decision, some police officer, or perhaps an NSS employee, was diligently recording those gathered. Later, they will probably take it, noting who was there, who greeted whom, who spoke with whom for how long, etc. This is a critically important job for the national security of the country.”
