Criminal Authority 'Shahumyanzi Jiro' Also Taken into Custody

On March 4, officers from the Criminal Investigation and Community Police Departments of the Vagharshapat Division, led by the division head Rafael Poghosyan and the deputy head of operations Arthur Fishyan, conducted an operation titled 'Fight Against Criminal Subculture and Swift Neutralization of Thieves in Law' in the city of Ejmiadzin. According to Gagik Shamshyan, a photojournalist at the scene, within minutes, Vagharshapat police took a total of 15 individuals into custody from the well-known venue 'Forest Sounds' in Ejmiadzin. Shamshyan's sources reveal that two of those apprehended are thieves in law: namely, 'Leninakanzi Zap' and 'Shahumyanzi Jiro', while the others are advocates of the criminal subculture. They were found in Lexus vehicles with Russian license plates, a Toyota Land Cruiser, a Porsche Panamera, and a BMW, all of which were also taken to the secured area of the Vagharshapat Division of Police.
