Serzh Sargsyan Visits Yerablur

The third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, paid his respects at the Yerablur Pantheon in memory of Vazgen Sargsyan. This information was shared by the office of the third president.

“On the occasion of the birthday of Vazgen Sargsyan, a statesman, political figure, national hero of Armenia, and hero of Artsakh, the third President of Armenia and President of the Republican Party, Serzh Sargsyan, visited the Yerablur military cemetery today, laying flowers at Vazgen Sargsyan's grave and honoring the memory of his combat companion,” the statement reads.

On behalf of the third president, a wreath was also laid at Vazgen Sargsyan's grave this morning in Yerablur. Additionally, Serzh Sargsyan paid his respects at the grave of the commander Andranik Ozanyan, laid a wreath at the memorial dedicated to fallen freedom fighters, and honored the memory of heroic sons who sacrificed their lives for the independence of the homeland and the protection of the Armenian people.
