Either Onik Gasparyan Will Be Arrested or the Prime Minister: David Shahbazyan

The conflict between the Armenian government and the Armed Forces has two possible outcomes, according to former Director of the National Security Service David Shahbazyan, as stated in a declaration by the 'Verandam Club'.

Shahbazyan noted that either Chief of the General Staff Onik Gasparyan will be arrested, or Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will face consequences. 'There is no other option, and the decision-maker remains General Onik Gasparyan,' he asserted.
