I Have Serious Doubts: Robert Kocharian on the War
The defeat in the Second Nagorno-Karabakh War resembles not just a military failure, but a specially planned operation carried out by the authorities of Armenia. This was stated by the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, during a meeting with Russian media, according to the TASS agency.
"I have serious doubts. What happened is very similar to a programmed defeat. Why was this done? The relevant authorities should investigate it. We have well-founded suspicions that something was not done right," he said.
Kocharian added that according to military analysts, the Armenian army was considered one of the best in the South Caucasus.
