First State Automotive Auction Held in Artsakh

On March 3, the first state automotive auction organized by the Artsakh Cadastre and State Property Management Committee took place, where 8 out of 12 lots presented for sale were sold. This information was provided by the Department of State Property Management of the Artsakh Republic's Cadastre and State Property Management Committee.

“The starting total price of the sold lots was around 2 million drams, but due to bidding, they were sold for 3 million 130 thousand drams,” stated the Department of State Property Management.

As for the auction of 9 high-class state vehicles scheduled for March 5, as of March 3, 2 bids have been received for participation. “In the upcoming auction, if the vehicles are not sold, the government does not foresee a reduction in prices for these vehicles in future auctions, considering their high class, good technical condition, and high liquidity. If unsold, they will be auctioned again at the same price. In this case, the next auction will be held 15-20 days later without any changes in the set prices,” clarified the department, adding that those wishing to participate in the upcoming auction of high-class state vehicles can apply to the Artsakh Republic's Cadastre and State Property Management Committee's website and the Department of State Property Management.

According to the list published by the Cadastre and State Property Management Committee, a total of 9 high-class passenger vehicles will be presented at the auction on March 5 this year. The starting price of the vehicles is estimated to range from 11 million 700 thousand to 25 million 200 thousand drams, with an expected total value of 149 million 800 thousand drams based on the starting prices. Additionally, on March 3, 8 units of automotive equipment from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh were also presented for auction, with a starting value of approximately 1 million 985 thousand 600 drams.

Earlier this year, Artak Beglaryan, the head of the Office of the President of Artsakh, informed about the reduction of the number of official vehicles of state officials and the decision to auction them. According to this, it is expected that the financial resources obtained from the auction will be deposited into the state budget for use in public needs as necessary.
