RA Prosecutor's Office Comments on Possible Arrest of Onik Gasparyan

The advisor to the RA Prosecutor General, Gor Abrahamyan, commented on the rumors regarding the initiation of a criminal case against Onik Gasparyan and the order for his arrest in an interview with 1lurer.am.

"Criminal proceedings are not initiated based on political instructions concerning individuals who do not act as criminal procedural subjects, but rather on the basis of apparent instances or facts of crimes. Regarding the matter at hand, I can merely state that there is no initiated criminal case against Onik Gasparyan," Gor Abrahamyan said.
