They aim to return to a vertical command model for the army, where the Armed Forces were subordinate to the Minister of Defense. However, the only way to change the Constitution regarding the armed forces is through a referendum.

Following this, Nikol Pashinyan has reverted to his favorite pastime, which involves subjecting President Armen Sarkissian to blackmail under the guise of a health-related pretext. The specific means by which he has silenced the president this time remains unclear. It is noteworthy that "My Step" lacks the resources to dismiss Armen Sarkissian, as initiating this process requires the votes of 88 deputies.
