Vardges Gaspari, Notable Protester, Robbed in Lover's Park

On March 1, resident of Yerevan Vardges Gaspari reported to the police that on February 25, around 6:00 PM, an unknown individual openly stole his mobile phone at Lover's Park and fled.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, Gaspari's application was forwarded to the Arabkir Division of the Yerevan Police for the purpose of preparing materials under articles 180-181 of the RA Criminal Procedure Code.

Vardges Gaspari is a well-known activist and protester, who often lies on the ground as a sign of protest.
