Moses Hakobyan: I Assert That the Iskander Was Fired During the War

According to the newspaper 'Iravunk', while the entire country was discussing the issue of whether the Iskander missile had exploded or not, following Nikol's notorious scandalous statement, the Russian Defense Ministry issued a statement claiming that this type of weaponry had not been fired at all. "According to our objective and reliable information, which has also been confirmed by objective monitoring systems, not a single one of these missile systems was used during the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict," the Ministry of Defense of Russia reported, insisting that all missiles remain in storage.

However, apart from Nikol's remarks, the former head of the RA Ministry of Defense's Military Inspection Service, General-Major Moses Hakobyan, clearly stated in an interview with journalists: "The Iskander was used during the war, but I will not disclose the location." Nikol also mentioned that 10% had exploded.

So, after the statement by the Russian Ministry of Defense, does M. Hakobyan still maintain the belief that the Iskander was launched? Hoping to receive a clear answer on this matter, 'Iravunk' approached former head of the RA Ministry of Defense's Military Inspection Service, General-Major Moses Hakobyan, who reiterated his earlier claims.
