Yerevan Municipality Replaces 520 Elevators in the Last 2 Years

In the last two years, the Yerevan Municipality has replaced 520 elevators. To ensure their long-lasting and uninterrupted operation, they must be appropriately maintained. This information was shared by the Yerevan Municipality along with a video demonstrating how to use the new elevators.

“The main cause of malfunctions is the human factor. Masks, candy wrappers, cigarette butts; residents sometimes use the elevator shaft and even the cabin itself as a trash disposal area. Elevators are the common property of the building’s residents, and they are responsible for their belongings. Whether new or old, if the elevator is not functioning, residents should contact the homeowners' association,” the statement reads.
