Turkish actress Hazal Kaya has revealed in an interview on a Turkish digital platform that her worldview has been influenced by American reality TV star Kim Kardashian. This was reported by Ermenihaber.am.

Kaya spoke about her special curiosity towards Kardashian and her family, noting that when she traveled to the United States to learn English, she began to follow the Kardashian family closely.

“I remember that during one show, Kris Jenner (Kim's mother) said, 'Kim is the smartest among us. She gets trolled on Twitter, but she doesn't care. We get angry, but she calms us down,'” the actress shared, adding that she was particularly impressed by Kim's self-control and organization.

Following these comments, a wave of insults and defamatory posts targeting the Turkish actress flooded social media and Turkish press. Many people have insulted Kaya simply for admitting that she has been influenced by the Armenian star.
