Nine People Hospitalized from 'New City' Shopping Center in Dilijan, Including Employees
At around 14:55 on February 28, the Dilijan Police Department received a call from the Dilijan medical center stating that nine citizens had been admitted with a diagnosis of "carbon monoxide poisoning."
According to Shamshyan.com, an operational group from the Dilijan police arrived at the hospital and identified the individuals hospitalized as residents of Tavush Province: 25-year-old Gegham Poghosyan, 34-year-old Mary Poghosyan, 29-year-old Heriknaz Yeritsyan, 35-year-old Taguhi Poghosyan, 38-year-old Stella Hovhannisyan, 23-year-old Hasmik Alaverdyan, 55-year-old Narine Gulinyan, 21-year-old Svetlana Vardanyan, and 30-year-old Mary Galstyan.
According to G. Shamshyan, the individuals were hospitalized due to smoke emitted from a gasoline generator at the 'New City' shopping center located on Myasnikyan Street in Dilijan.
