Authorities Urge Unlicensed Drivers to Avoid Operating Vehicles
An analysis of violations in the field of road traffic safety has shown that there are still many cases where individuals without the right to operate vehicles are driving under the influence.
According to part 2 of Article 243.1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, driving a vehicle by a person without a driver's license while under the influence or refusing to undergo sobriety testing incurs criminal liability.
The Road Police of the Republic of Armenia reiterates its appeal for individuals without a driver's license to avoid driving vehicles, especially while under the influence.
