Russia Assists Armenia with Military Reforms, Says Russian Ambassador

Russia is supporting the reforms of Armenia's armed forces. This was announced by Sergey Kopirkin, the Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Yerevan, as reported by Interfax.

According to the diplomat, discussions are currently ongoing between the defense ministries of Armenia and Russia in various areas.

“Issues related to strengthening cooperation in various fields between our countries and enhancing military interoperability are being discussed,” Kopirkin stated.

He also added that work continues on the peaceful resolution of the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmanship.
