Armenian Police Issues Statement on Traffic Fine Payment Deadlines
The Armenian Police has issued a statement indicating that, in recent times, there has been a significant increase in applications received by the Traffic Police regarding the forwarding of paid administrative acts to the State Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice. As a result of the enforcement proceedings initiated based on these acts, enforcement costs have been collected, and bank account restrictions have been applied.
Studies have shown that in the majority of cases, payments were made after the legally established deadline, which has consequently led to the aforementioned negative legal consequences for the recipients of the administrative acts.
To avoid such situations, potential adverse legal consequences, and additional inconveniences, we urge the recipients of administrative acts to comply with the requirements and pay the fine within the 30-day period stipulated by law.
