Asteroid the Size of a Sports Field Approaching Earth

On Monday, February 22, an asteroid the size of a sports field will approach Earth. This was reported by NASA's JPL research center, according to Armenpress.

According to calculations, the asteroid 2020 XU6, which has a diameter of about 213 meters, will come within approximately 4 million kilometers of the planet. On that day, the Earth will also witness the passing of the 2020 BV9 asteroid, measuring 23 meters in diameter (closest distance of 5.6 million kilometers), and the 2021 CC5 asteroid, which is 40 meters wide and will pass at a distance of about 6.9 million kilometers. Additionally, on February 21, the Earth was passed by the 2021 DD1 and 2021 DK1 asteroids, which have diameters of 10 meters and 61 meters respectively, as reported by RIA Novosti.
