Police Have Discovered Those Who Looted the 'Nubarashen' Graves

The officers of the Criminal Investigation and Community Policing Departments of the Erebuni Police Division, along with the Nubarashen Police Division, have detained two individuals based on received operational data.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamsyan, the individuals are 51-year-old Joseph Hovhannisyan and 63-year-old Sarkis Khachatryan.

As reported by G. Shamsyan, these individuals are suspected of stealing from the family graves of over 30 citizens at the 'Nubarashen' cemetery. They have stolen decorative aluminum ornaments and other items from the cemetery fences.

Materials are being prepared at the Erebuni Police Division regarding this incident. Additionally, G. Shamsyan reports that police have also discovered some items stolen from certain graves.
