Citizen Falls into Voghji River

On February 19, at 02:18, the regional crisis management center of Syunik received a report that a citizen had fallen into the Voghji River flowing through the David-Bek neighborhood of Kapan city.

A firefighting rescue team from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. Rescuers managed to retrieve E. G. (born in 1957) from the Voghji River and brought him to the paramedics.
