According to the statement, this opportunity was created as a result of negotiations between "Haypost" and France's national postal operator, La Poste. The company's Facebook page indicates that the rate for parcels weighing up to 1 kg has been set at 9,900 drams, down from the previous 14,900 drams. For each additional full and non-full kilogram, the rate is now 2,900 drams, down from 6,000 drams.
