St. Sarkis Church Adjacent Area Being Renovated
The area adjacent to St. Sarkis Church is undergoing renovations thanks to the efforts of the Community and Environmental Protection NGO.
Approximately 40,000 square meters of land is being subjected to sanitary cleaning. Garden workers are collecting dried branches and household waste, while also repairing irrigation pipes. The irrigation network in this area will expand by 400 meters. This section will be greened in the spring, with tree planting planned for autumn 2021 and spring 2022,” said Yerevan Mayor’s Press Secretary Hakob Karapetyan.
