Photos: The Operations of Two Bakeries Suspended

The specialists of the Armenian Food Safety Inspection Body's Shirak Regional Center have conducted supervisory measures in the bakeries owned by individual entrepreneurs Seno Khalatyan (Gyumri) and Suren Aloyan (Artik).

It was found that these organizations not only organized production without the presence of technological instructions, but also grossly violated the hygiene requirements for food products. Moreover, appropriate measures had not been taken to prevent animals from entering the premises, as well as to combat pests, while personnel involved in the food chain had not undergone mandatory periodic medical examinations.

The operations of the bakeries have been suspended, and a timeframe has been set to eliminate the identified violations.
