Driver Who Struck 28-Year-Old in Accident Flees the Scene; Victim Dies

On February 13, at 23:25, the hospital reported that 28-year-old Telman Muradyan had been brought in dead after being struck by a vehicle. It was found that earlier that same day, around 23:00, on the Hrazdan-Tzaghkadzor road, in the Jrarat neighborhood, an unknown driver had hit him and fled the scene.

On February 14, at 02:55, a 31-year-old citizen arrived at the Nor Nork police station and reported that he had struck a pedestrian with an 'Opel' vehicle in Hrazdan and had left the scene. An investigation is underway.
