Video: 'I am aware of two documents' - Foreign Minister unaware of third agreement with Azerbaijan

Foreign Minister Ara Ayvazyan stated after a government meeting today that he is not aware of a separate document signed with Azerbaijan regarding the Goris-Davit Bek highway, as announced by Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan. It should be noted that Avinyan referred to an agreement with Azerbaijan, not a document; however, former Prime Minister Hrant Bagratyan had also published a document on this matter yesterday.
