Zohrapyan, Melkumyan, Petrosyan Must Come to Terms with the Fact of Losing Their Mandates: 'Hraparak'
Early parliamentary elections are not advantageous for many at this stage. This is particularly inconvenient for the majority of 'My Step', who are unlikely to appear on the list for the next elections. It's also not favorable for the parliamentary third force, 'Bright Armenia', whose current rating is unknown, and it's uncertain if they will be able to make it to the next National Assembly. Moreover, it is also inconvenient for a significant part of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK).
While BHK does not face the issue of not passing, according to our information, Gagik Tsarukyan has decided to completely renew the list and exclude most of the old guard. Among the current parliamentary corps, only Shake Isayan and Iveta Tonoyan can be confident about being included in the list, while Vahe Enfiadjyan has a chance. The others—Naira Zohrapyan, Mikael Melkumyan, Gevorg Petrosyan, and others—should come to terms with the fact that they will lose their mandates.
It’s true that Tsarukyan will not leave them without work or income, as he will offer various jobs, but not in parliament.
