VIDEO: Prime Minister Holds Consultation at the Ministry of Economy

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, held a consultation at the Ministry of Economy today. He stated, “The greatest challenge following the coronavirus pandemic was the macroeconomic collapse. It is important to note that we managed to maintain macroeconomic stability, which was internationally recognized by the growing issuance of eurobonds. The most visible and tangible assessment comes from institutional investors when they trust the country and its government with their investments. Ultimately, this is an important indicator of trust.

This issuance was successfully realized at the lowest interest rate in the history of Armenia. This means that institutional investors believe in Armenia's economic future, and understandably, its political future as well,” Pashinyan wrote on his Facebook page.
