Video: Soldiers' Tents in Lisagor Village Blown Away by Wind, Left Outside in Freezing Conditions

In the area of Lisagor village in Artsakh, the tents of soldiers on duty have been blown away by strong winds, leaving them exposed to the freezing conditions. This was reported to Tert.am by the mother of a conscript, J.K., whose son is one of the soldiers stationed in that area.

“Since February 3, the boys have been left under the tents. The tents have been torn away due to the strong wind, and there are no proper conditions. Vehicles were parked near the tents, but it was of no use; the wind has taken them away, and the boys are left outside. There are no positions in that area; they are just pitched tents where shifts are carried out,” she explained.

The soldier's mother also stated that parents are against their children serving in Artsakh since there are no guarantees for their safety. According to her, the Ministry of Defense has not responded to their concerns. “The Ministry of Defense is nonexistent; the dead are dead, the missing are missing, and even those children who are saved by the will of God are being killed. They need to bring the children out of Artsakh; if the children do not have a proper place to stay, what is the point of keeping them there?” she noted.
