How do you comment on the claims that when Robert Kocharian announced he would participate in the elections and would win, you perceived a serious competitor in Kocharian, which is why you decided not to go for early elections? In response to this question during a Facebook briefing of Azatutyun, Armenia's Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures Suren Papikyan said: “We are not afraid of any competition, and it is not clear to me when Robert Kocharian talks about participating in the elections, through which political force he should participate: the 17th or the 16th? It is still unclear to me, and I believe it is also unclear to the public.”
