Scandal at Prison Hospital: Notorious Criminal 'Kado' Organizes Head of Department's Leisure

The Investigative Committee of Armenia has launched an inquiry based on operational data received from the relevant department of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia.

According to SHAMSHYAN.com, the data indicate that Anna D., head of the therapeutic department of the Prison Medical Center, has questionable ties with one of the convicts, specifically Arkadi P., for whom she has arranged specific privileges in the penitentiary system.

Operational data also reveal that Arkadi P., a patient in the psychiatric department, has received prolonged inpatient treatment in the therapeutic department of the prison without the presence of relevant medical conditions, facilitated by the therapeutic department.

Furthermore, it has been reported that to maintain these privileges, Arkadi P. regularly organized leisure activities for Anna D. and her relatives at the 'Apaga Resort' and 'Dilijan Resort' recreation areas in Tavush province during September-October 2020.

According to G. Shamshyan, Arkadi P. is known in the criminal world by the nickname 'Kado.'
