Snow and Fog in Vardenyats Pass
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that there are closed and difficult-to-navigate roads in the territory of Armenia.
The Vardenyats Pass is closed for trucks and difficult to navigate for all other vehicles. The roads from the "Amberd" high-altitude meteorological station to Amberd Fortress and towards Kari Lake in the Aragatsotn Province are closed.
In the Gegharkunik Province, there are spots of black ice on the roads.
Additionally, there is snow and fog in the Saravan-Zanger section of the Vardenyats Pass.
