According to the newspaper, Nikol Pashinyan has instructed the heads of all departments to become more active, give interviews, and enhance their official websites. They are to post information on a 24-hour basis, even regarding the most trivial events.

In simple terms, they are to create a facade to dispel the notion that the state apparatus has been paralyzed and is not functioning after the war. It was pointed out that they have been warned: 'We will check the activity of official websites.' It is sufficient to go through official sites and see that there are meaningless entities that, in recent days, have posted 4-5 'news' items in just one day.
