Husband Stabs Wife, Then Himself

Materials are being prepared in the investigation department of the Nor Nork Police Station regarding an unusual incident that took place in Yerevan on February 2. Around 15:00, a report was received at the Nor Nork Police Station from Yerevan's Number 1 University Hospital stating that a woman had been admitted with a 'stab wound to the chest', reports shamshyan.com.

A task force from the Nor Nork Police Department was dispatched to the hospital, where it was found that the victim was a 37-year-old woman, S.H., a resident of Yerevan. While police were clarifying the circumstances of the incident, another report came in from the Erebuni Medical Center, stating that a man had been admitted with a 'stab wound to the heart.'

The operational group from the Nor Nork Police Station then traveled to the Erebuni Medical Center, where it was determined that the injured man was a 40-year-old Roman A., also a resident of Yerevan. The doctors informed the police that the victims were unable to provide explanations regarding the incident.

Through necessary operational investigative measures, the Nor Nork Police found that at approximately 14:30 that same day, Roman A. had inflicted multiple stab wounds on S.H. in their home, before subsequently stabbing himself.

Materials are being prepared in the investigation department of the Nor Nork Police regarding the incident. According to the investigator's decision, forensic examinations have been appointed. According to sources, the injured are spouses.
