Two Citizens Dead Due to Flooding in Turkey

Heavy rains in western Turkey have caused severe flooding in several neighborhoods of Izmir, including the streets of Aliaga, Foca, and Dikili. The flooding has also affected nearby areas, reports Ermenihaber.

Numerous homes, workplaces, and various civil infrastructure have sustained damage.

According to Izmir Governor Yavuz Selim Kiyosgeri, two citizens have died as a result of the flooding, with one body found inside a car that was submerged in the water.
