Residents in Desperate Situation Due to Hayk Marutyan, Reports 'Zhoghovurd'

Residents of a newly constructed building in Yerevan's Davitashen administrative district, located next to the 'Bokonik' supermarket, find themselves in a desperate situation due to the neglectful and irresponsible behavior of Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan.

The newspaper received complaints indicating that Mayor Marutyan has not deigned to come to work and sign the completion act for the building, a necessary step that would allow the residents to become subscribers of the 'Armenia Electric Networks' company and subsequently move into their new apartments.

Homeowners have been waiting for several weeks for Marutyan to finally fulfill his duties so that they can relocate to their new homes. It is worth noting that Marutyan has never faced repercussions for such serious negligence, while it is ordinary citizens who suffer due to his actions.

Interestingly, the newspaper did not reach out to the municipality for clarification, having been previously informed that verbal inquiries would not be commented on by the self-satisfied spokesperson. Therefore, it remains challenging to obtain clarifications and explanations regarding the behavior of the mayor of the capital of Armenia.
